SS Sammie Starr was 3-5 with two RBI. Brandon Kaye started, went five innings, allowed one earned run on three hits, struck out six. The game was tied 2-2 after four innings, but the Thunderbirds pulled away in the sixth inning when 3B Keaton Briscoe drew a bases-loaded walk to score a run, and Starr hit a two-RBI single. Danny Britton-Foster got the win in relief. He pitched 2 2/3 innings, allowed one run on three hits. Taylor King got his third save of the season.
